Do you offer climate-controlled units?
We don't. We've kept the operation simple so we can keep prices lower than almost everyone in the area. For personal goods — furniture, household items, holiday decorations — our drive-up units work great year-round.
Is there an on-site office?
No on-site office, on purpose. Instead of paying for a staffed front desk, Andrew keeps his phone in his pocket and meets you in person at your unit.
How do I reserve a unit?
Easiest way: text Andrew at 801-721-5814 — he usually replies within minutes. He'll set a time, meet you at the gate, walk you to your unit, and have you set up on the spot.
What are your hours?
Office hours (text/call) are 6:00am to 10:00pm. Once you're a customer, you have 24/7 drive-up access to your unit.
Do you require a deposit or contract?
No deposits, no contracts, and no extra fees. Month-to-month billing. Move out whenever you need to. Pay 12 months upfront and the 13th month is on us.
Do you have outdoor RV or trailer storage?
Yes — we have dedicated outdoor RV / trailer spaces (22 × 33) plus larger drive-up units that fit boats, trailers, and big hauls. Just text Andrew. (We don't store running passenger cars.)
Is the property secure?
Combination-controlled gates, 32 cameras, bright lighting, and razor wire on all perimeters. Plus very low traffic — it's a quiet spot.
